Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This policy covers the ZenDoku app and this website, zenapps.info. ZenApps is responsible for the information described here, and you can reach us at [email protected].

We don't have accounts, we don't show ads, we don't use analytics or tracking, and we never sell or share your information.

When we release another app, such as ZenDrle, this policy will cover it too. If it handles information differently, we will update this page before it comes out.

2. What stays on your device

To save your progress, ZenDoku keeps the following on your phone or tablet:

• The game you are playing, so you can pick it up later.
• Your game history and statistics: for each finished game, the difficulty, the result, the time, the number of mistakes and hints, and when it ended.
• Your settings, such as the theme, appearance, sound, vibration and gameplay options.

This information is not sent to us and we can't see it. It can be part of your device's own backups (Google backup on Android, iCloud or computer backups on iPhone and iPad), which Google and Apple handle under their own terms.

3. Crash reports

If ZenDoku crashes or runs into a serious error, it sends a crash report so we can find and fix the problem. We use Firebase Crashlytics, a service from Google, for this.

A crash report contains technical details only: where in the app the error happened, a short log of what the app was doing just before, the app version, your device model and operating system version, the time, and a random identifier for this installation of the app. It doesn't contain your name, email address, contacts or location, and it isn't linked to who you are.

Only the versions you install from the App Store or Google Play send crash reports, and only when your device is online. Google processes them on our behalf and deletes them after 90 days; see Firebase's privacy information. We use crash reports because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the app working.

4. What we don't collect

• No account, sign-in, name or email address is needed to play.
• No ads and no advertising identifiers.
• No analytics, and no tracking across other apps or websites.
• No access to your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.
• No selling or sharing of your information with anyone.

5. This website and email

zenapps.info uses no cookies, analytics or trackers, and loads nothing from other companies. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic technical information, such as your IP address, to deliver the pages and protect the site.

If you email us, for example with Send feedback in ZenDoku's Settings, we receive your email address and your message and use them only to reply to you. A feedback email from ZenDoku adds the app version and basic device details at the bottom, so you can see them before you send it. Mail to zenapps.info is forwarded by Cloudflare and stored in our Gmail inbox. We keep it only as long as we need it to help you.

6. Children

ZenDoku is suitable for all ages. Because it doesn't collect personal information from anyone, it doesn't collect any from children either. If you are a parent and have a question, email us.

7. Your choices and rights

• To delete your statistics and game history, open Settings in ZenDoku and choose Reset statistics. A game in progress stays saved.
• To delete everything ZenDoku has stored, uninstall the app.
• Crash reports aren't linked to you, so we can't look them up by person. They are deleted automatically after 90 days.

If you live in the European Economic Area, the UK or another region with similar laws, you have rights over your personal information, including access, correction and deletion. Email [email protected] and we will help. You can also contact your local data protection authority.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, for example when we release a new app. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
